About Helio
Helio builds AI-powered machine monitoring for U.S. small and mid-sized manufacturers. Founded in 2025 in Winston-Salem, NC, we exist because the shops that keep American manufacturing running shouldn't need a $50,000 SCADA install and a dedicated IT team to know what their machines are doing.
What we build
Our platform pairs HLink — a plug-and-play edge device that connects to your machines over cellular, no factory WiFi required — with a cloud dashboard for real-time OEE, predictive maintenance alerts, and an AI assistant you can ask plain questions like "what's wrong with Machine 4 today?" Typical install time is measured in hours, not months.
